Shoothill strengthens leadership team with two senior promotions
Shoothill has strengthened its senior leadership team with the promotion of Mike Davis to Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Josh Welch to Chief Innovation and Delivery Officer (CIDO).
The appointments reflect the continued growth and evolution of Shoothill, as the business expands its work across software development, managed IT, creative and digital services, and emerging technologies including AI.
As Chief Operating Officer, Mike will take broader responsibility for the day-to-day operations of Shoothill, with a focus on operational performance, resourcing, capacity, internal processes and ensuring the business continues to operate effectively as it grows, while continuing to provide executive oversight of the company’s growing Managed IT Services division.
Mike has played a significant role in developing Shoothill’s Managed IT capability and his new position will see that operational experience applied across the wider business.
As Chief Innovation and Delivery Officer, Josh will take executive responsibility for the organisation and delivery of Shoothill’s growing portfolio of projects, alongside leading the company’s approach to innovation and AI.
His remit will include delivery processes, project performance, capacity and visibility across the project pipeline, while identifying how new technologies can improve both Shoothill’s own operations and the solutions it delivers for customers.

The appointments take effect immediately.
