Managers must:

  • Report any concerns or unacceptable behaviour
HR (or senior leadership where applicable) is responsible for policy enforcement and review.

Training & Awareness

All employees receive an introduction to our EDI principles during onboarding. Additional guidance and training will be provided where appropriate.

Monitoring & Review

We will monitor and review this policy at least annually or sooner if required by legislation or business changes. Employee feedback is welcomed as part of that process.

Approval and Publication

This Modern Slavery Statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of Shoothill and is reviewed annually. It is available on our website and is communicated to all our employees, suppliers, and stakeholders.
