Rod is ex-Royal Navy, has 30 years’ experience in the Software Industry and is responsible for the company’s overall strategy.
His passion for what technology can do, coupled with extensive sales & marketing experience, has driven Shoothill’s success.
Group Managing Director
Simon is a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting and has over 20 years of wide-ranging commercial operations experience. He applies his expert knowledge to oversee all aspects of Shoothill and our subsidiary companies.
Simon joined Shoothill in 2015 and was promoted to Group Managing Director in April 2024.

Erik is a Cisco CCIE Emeritus engineer with 30 years’ experience in the I.T. and software industry.
Responsible for maintaining our high technological standards and R&D, he has enabled us to compete at the forefront of digital solutions since our inception.

Nick’s career led him to Florida, where he spent 14 years driving sales and business growth on both sides of the pond.

David applies his natural eye for design, and 25 years industry experience, to leading our design team.
Liaising with both customers and the internal business operations team, he is responsible for overseeing all creative output at Shoothil

Head of Commercial Operations
Josh joined Shoothill as an apprentice in 2016, and now leads our Commercial team.
Working closely with Simon he assists with new business development, managing projects, liaising with our development team and monitoring key performance metrics in order to deliver a quality service to our customers.

With over a decade at Shoothill, Chris brings a wealth of experience across all our most notable projects. As Development Manager, Chris ensures that the team delivers high-quality, innovative solutions on time and to the highest standards.
His deep technical knowledge, combined with his leadership skills, keeps our development process efficient, structured, and results-driven. Whether overseeing large-scale projects or mentoring the team, Chris plays a pivotal role in ensuring Shoothill continues to push the boundaries of software development.
Head of Marketing Services
Claire has over 20 years’ experience in marketing, communications and project management.
At Shoothill, Claire heads up our client marketing services – from brand strategy and campaign planning to content, digital and beyond. She works closely with clients to understand their goals and deliver creative, practical solutions that make a real difference.
Claire brings clarity and direction to every project she’s involved in.
Josh has over 10 years experience in customer-facing roles and a knack for customer service.
One of Josh’s main responsibilities is to liaise between our growing client base and our dev team, ensuring that each client is getting the most out of their systems and receiving the best quality service.
Jack has 10 years’ experience in IT & software project management and joined Shoothill in January 2024.
Jack provides comprehensive support to our customers and clients, acting as a key point of contact throughout their journey, from initial consultation to final delivery.
Doug recently graduated from the University of Exeter with an undergraduate degree in English and a Masters in Global Literatures and Cultures.
He is responsible for managing our internal marketing and running world-class campaigns for clients.
With a decade of design experience, Liam specialises in creating visually stunning and user-friendly websites that bring our clients’ visions to life. His keen eye for detail and deep understanding of web design ensure that every project is both aesthetically engaging and highly functional.
Outside of work, Liam dominates the Fantasy Premier League, consistently topping the leaderboard with his strategic picks and expert football knowledge. Whether crafting beautiful websites or making the perfect transfer, he always stays ahead of the game.
Tom plays a key role in bringing our creative visions to life, blending design and marketing to craft engaging visuals and compelling campaigns. With a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for storytelling, he helps ensure that our brand and projects stand out.
Always striving for innovation, Tom combines creativity with strategic thinking to produce designs that capture attention and marketing that delivers results. Whether refining visuals or shaping brand messaging, he is dedicated to making an impact.
Russell is a Senior Engineer at Dynacom IT Support Limited. He is degree qualified with more than 30 years experience in IT, covering financial and manufacturing industries. Being a Microsoft Certified System Engineer his expertise helps build a solid base from which our team is able to provide a first class service. Russell continues to expand this knowledge with interests in Linux and Virtualisation.
Morgan is an Apprentice engineer. He is currently working towards his NVQ Level 4 Network Engineer qualification at QA and is preparing to be a qualified engineer in the future. As well as doing his qualification, Morgan enjoys practicing in other areas of IT and computing such as graphics design and website development.
At the heart of our IT support services is Ryan, a highly experienced IT Support Engineer with a proven track record of assisting both large enterprises and small organisations. With a deep understanding of IT systems and a passion for problem-solving, Ryan ensures businesses stay connected, secure, and running efficiently. Outside of work, he is a keen 3D printing enthusiast, always exploring innovative ways to bring digital designs to life.
After graduating from the University of Gloucestershire, Matt has honed his skills as an IT Support Engineer, providing essential technical assistance and problem-solving expertise. Passionate about keeping systems running smoothly, Matt is always ready to tackle IT challenges with a logical and methodical approach.
Outside of work, he steps into a different role—as a Dungeon Master in Dungeons & Dragons, crafting immersive worlds and leading epic adventures. Whether troubleshooting IT issues or orchestrating legendary quests, Matt brings strategy, creativity, and problem-solving to everything he does.

Known for his signature style of matching his shoes to his shirt, Gab brings creativity and precision to everything he does. Whether he’s developing innovative solutions or perfecting his outfit for the day, he approaches every challenge with confidence and flair.
Starting his software development journey with us, Alex Muntean has grown into a skilled Software Developer, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team. His passion for coding is matched only by his love for cooking—when he’s not developing software, you’ll likely find him in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes. With a creative mindset both in tech and in the culinary world, Alex brings a unique blend of problem-solving and artistry to everything he does.
Erin began their journey with us as an apprentice and has since developed into a talented Junior Software Developer. Cutting their teeth on our flagship system, Housebuilder Pro, Erin quickly became an integral part of the team, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a passion for learning. Outside of coding, Erin is a dedicated K-Pop enthusiast, always keeping up with the latest trends in music and culture. Their enthusiasm and fresh perspective bring energy and creativity to every project they work on.
