Simon Jeavons has been appointed as a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting

Shoothill’s Chief Operating Officer & Director has been accepted into the Institute of Consulting as a Fellow.

The Chief Operating Officer of Shoothill and our successful subsidiary company Housebuilder Pro, Simon Jeavons, has been appointed as a Fellow of The Institute of Consulting.

The Institute is a part of the Chartered Management Institute and has been supporting the consultants since 1970.

To be accepted as a fellow, professionals need more than a decade of experience consulting in their field. Through his work at Shoothill and previous enterprises, Simon far exceeds this requirement. Fellow is the highest rank a member of the Institute can be, and there are less than 500 in the UK at this present time.

Rod Plummer, Managing Director of Shoothill said: “This recognition has been a long time coming for Simon. The work that Simon has done since joining Shoothill in 2015 has been diverse to say the least. From bespoke CRMs for manufacturers to AI image recognition projects, Simon and his team have tackled it all.

With the ability to understand a problem, the knowledge to resolve it and the tenacity to execute it, Simon well deserves this recognition from the Institute of Consulting.”

Shoothill are a full-service custom software agency. With over 200 years of professional software experience across the team, Shoothill are well equipped to handle all digital challenges. Be that web development, bespoke apps or custom software solutions for both public and private sector organisations

With this work,  the Shoothill process starts with a consultant-led discovery where we speak with stakeholders through a series of meetings and workshops to establish what they need.

Simon leads this work alongside Head of Design, David Bissell and Operations Manager, Josh Welch. During this discovery phase Simon and his team highlight and discover ways in which the company’s processes can be improved through the use of technology.

Simon has led over 100 projects for Shoothill in the last 8 years, and there are many more to come as Shoothill expand their reach across the UK & USA.

Shoothill would like to take the opportunity to congratulate Simon and celebrate this remarkable milestone in his career.
