Rod Plummer

Executive Chairman
Rod is ex-Royal Navy, has 30 years’ experience in the Software Industry and is responsible for the company’s overall strategy.

His passion for what technology can do, coupled with extensive sales & marketing experience, has driven Shoothill’s success.

Simon Jeavons

Group Managing Director
Simon is a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting and has over 20 years of wide-ranging commercial operations experience. He applies his expert knowledge to oversee all aspects of Shoothill and our subsidiary companies.

Simon joined Shoothill in 2015 and was promoted to Group Managing Director in April 2024.

Erik Nodland

Chief Technology Officer
Erik is a Cisco CCIE Emeritus engineer with 30 years’ experience in the I.T. and software industry.

Responsible for maintaining our high technological standards and R&D, he has enabled us to compete at the forefront of digital solutions since our inception.

Nick Taylor

Sales Director
Nick’s career led him to Florida, where he spent 14 years driving sales and business growth on both sides of the pond.

With his wealth of knowledge and his love and passion for software and technology, he is continuing to deliver results for Shoothill.

David Bissell

Head of Design
David applies his natural eye for design, and 25 years industry experience, to leading our design team.

Liaising with both customers and the internal business operations team, he is responsible for overseeing all creative output at Shoothill.

Mike Davis

Head of I.T. Services
Mike brings over 20 years of experience in IT services, procurement, and project management.

His diverse background spans multiple industries, giving him the expertise needed to effectively integrate our services into any business environment. This wealth of knowledge ensures a smooth transition and continued high-quality service.

Josh Welch

Commercial Manager
Josh joined Shoothill as an apprentice in 2016, and now leads our Commercial team.

Working closely with Simon he assists with new business development, managing projects, liaising with our development team and monitoring key performance metrics in order to deliver a quality service to our customers.

Claire Critchell

Strategy & Partnerships Manager
With over 20 years of experience, Claire brings a proven track record of leadership and business expertise to Shoothill. She is responsible for driving business development and offering consultancy on a wide range of initiatives.

Claire also assists with marketing activity whilst helping to shape and execute strategies for growth.

Josh Jones

Product Manager
Josh has over 10 years experience in customer-facing roles and a knack for customer service.

One of Josh’s main responsibilities is to liaise between our growing client base and our dev team, ensuring that each client is getting the most out of their systems and receiving the best quality service.

Jack Hoggins

Digital Project Manager
Jack has 10 years' experience in IT & software project management and joined Shoothill in January 2023.

Jack provides comprehensive support to our customers and clients, acting as a key point of contact throughout their journey, from initial consultation to final delivery.

Doug Hamilton

Marketing Coordinator
Doug recently graduated from the University of Exeter with an undergraduate degree in English and a Masters in Global Literatures and Cultures.

He is responsible for managing our internal marketing and running world-class campaigns for clients.
