Erik is a Cisco CCIE Emeritus engineer with 30 years’ experience in the I.T. Industry. Responsible for maintaining our high technological standards business wide, he has enabled us to compete at the forefront of digital solutions since our inception.
Simon has over 20 years of wide-ranging commercial operations experience and applies his expert knowledge to oversee all aspects of new business development, software design and project delivery within Shoothill. Simon works closely with Rod on all aspects of running Shoothill.
Josh joined Shoothill as an apprentice in 2016, and now provides end-to-end support across all projects with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction. Working closely with Simon he assists managing projects, liaising with our development team and monitoring key performance metrics in order to deliver a quality service to our customers.
Ryan, having joined initially as an apprentice in September 2020, is our Digital Marketing Executive. Ryan is responsible for all our written content including blogs, press releases and case studies and is currently working towards a degree. Ryan also assists David and the design team and posts to our social media channels.
Katie started her career working for one of Shoothill’s clients and, after five years, left to become a freelance Business Development Consultant in June 2020.
Joining Shoothill in January 2021, Katie brought with her the experience of being a customer of Shoothill’s and now undertakes a role of helping clients identify how digital technology can better their business.
